At FRAMA North, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home curation. If a piece doesn't fit your space, you may return eligible items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original protective materials and boxes to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
